Terms and Conditions for IT Consultancy and Software Development Services

Payment

Payment terms, rates, and methods will be detailed in the invoice provided by the Company. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.


Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.


Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all intellectual property rights related to the work product developed during the engagement shall belong to the Client upon full payment for the Services.


Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all outstanding work completed up to the termination date.


Governing Law

These Terms and the provision of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
